Come potete vedere da questa foto, sto usando da ottobre questo bellissimo bauletto nero di Forever 21, che è davvero pratico e comodo! Al suo interno ho due pochette di Victoria’s Secret che ho preso su eBay, gli occhiali da sole (Ray Ban Aviator), il portafoglio di CNdirect e un pacchetto di fazzoletti. In questa foto mancano le chiavi di casa e l’iPhone perché di solito li tengo in tasca, comunque ovviamente li porto sempre dietro.

As you can see from the photo, I’m using since October this wonderful mini satchel from Forever 21, that is really comfortable!!! Inside it I have two Victoria’s Secret make up bags that I’ve bought on eBay, my sunglasses (Ray Ban Aviator), CNdirect wallet and some paper tissues. In this photo, there isn’t my iPhone and my home keys because I carry them in my pockets, however I obviously always carry them with me.

Soufeel [ITA/EN]

Hi!

Oggi voglio mostrarvi il bracciale e i charm che mi sono stati inviati dal sito cinese Soufeel. Mi sono trovata molto bene con questo sito. Le spedizioni sono gratuite sopra i 50$ e c’è la possibilità di reso per 365 giorni! Il pacchetto mi è arrivato con raccomandata e ci ha messo circa un mesetto.

La misura del bracciale l’ho scelta in base a quello di un’altra marca che ho già, ma essendo questo molto più morbido, lo trovo troppo grande, quindi vi consiglio di prenderlo massimo 2 cm in più del vostro polso (il mio è 3 cm in più), anche se volete riempirlo tutto.

I charm sono molto belli e sono senza filettatura interna quindi possono essere usati su tutti i bracciali per charm.

Today I want to show you the bracelet and the charms that the website Soufeel sent me. I really like this website. Shipments are free over 50$ and return is 365 days! The package arrived with signed mail and it took a month to arrive.

I chose the bracelet size on the base of the one that I have by another brand, but this one is “softer”, so I find it too large. I recommend you to chose it maximum 2 cm larger than your wrist (mine is 3 cm larger), even if you want to fill it.

Charms are really beautiful and they aren’t threaded inside so you can use them with any bracelet.

Stasera voglio mostrarvi cosa c’è sul mio bracciale Pandora! Sono molto fiera del mio bracciale sia perché mi piace molto dal punto di vista estetico, sia perché è carico di significati. Non vi presenterò tutti i charm, ma vi mostrerò le tre storie che racconta.

This evening I want to show you what’s on my Pandora bracelet! I’m very proud of it because I like it from an aesthetical point of view and because it’s charged of meaning for me. I won’t present you every single charm, but I’ll show the three stories that it tells.

La prima parte parla di me: ci sono tutte le mie passioni!

The first part talks about me: there are all of my passions!

La seconda parte è dedicata alla nostra fiaba d’amore!

The second part is dedicated to our love fairy tale!

L’ultima parte non ha un significato nascosto, ma sono semplicemente charm in pavé che mi piacciono molto e i charm natalizi (adoro il Natale)!!!! Questa parte è da completare con una clip e vari charm pavé.

The last part doesn’t have a hidden meaning, but these are only pavé charms that I really like and the Christmas charms (I love Christmas)!!! This part has to be completed with a clip and come pavé charms.

CN Direct Haul [ITA/EN]

Oggi sono qui per parlarvi di un sito con il quale mi sono trovata male, non per le spedizioni o per questioni del genere, quanto per la qualità dei prodotti che mi hanno inviato. Ci tengo subito a precisare che i prodotti mi sono stati inviati gratuitamente, ma la mia opinione non è stata affatto influenzata da questo.

Today I’m here to talk you about a website that has disappointed me, not because of the shipping or something like that, but for the quality of the products that they’ve sent me. I’d like you to know that these products have been sent me for free, but my opinion hasn’t been influenced by that.

Il primo prodotto che vi voglio presentare è un portafoglio, davvero molto carino e molto funzionale, perché ha moltissime tasche per le carte fedeltà (si sa che noi donne ne abbiamo sempre tante). È di un bellissimo rosa pastello, il problema è che è sporco sul retro (come si vede dalla foto) e le tasche sono tutte appiccicose, quindi si rischiano di rovinare le carte che si inseriscono!

The first product that I want to show you is a wallet, really cute and really useful, because it has a lot of pockets for your fidelity cards (it’s known that we always have a lot of fidelity cards). The colour is a wonderful pastel pink, but the problem is that it’s dirty on the back (as you can see on the photo) and the pockets are sticky, so there’s a risk that they’ll damage your cards!

Il secondo prodotto è una pochette per il trucco molto utile perché una volta aperta sta in piedi da sola e ha anche delle taschine all’interno. La qualità di questa pochette è veramente molto bassa per i materiali usati. Però se questo non vi interessa, potrebbe anche andarvi bene.

The second item is a make up bag, really useful because once you’ve opened it, it stands by itself and it also has some little pockets in the inside. The quality of this make up bag is really bad for the materials used to fabricate it. However, if it doesn’t matter for you, you could maybe like it.

Infine, mi hanno spedito dei leggings che quel giorno erano in saldo a 0,01$ (fanno dei saldi flash ogni mercoledì e ogni sabato, in cui ci sono alcuni oggetti che costano solamente 0,01$). Sono davvero molto carini e nonostante li abbia pagati così poco non sono così male. Il problema è la taglia…di larghezza mi starebbero, ma non mi stanno assolutamente di lunghezza!

Finally, they’ve sent me a pair of leggings that was on sale that day at 0,01$ (they do flash sales every Wednesday and every Saturday, and you can find some articles for only 0,01$). They’re really cute and despite of having paid them only 0,01$ they’re not too bad. The problem is the size: they’re too short for me, but they would fit in width!

 

Detto ciò, purtroppo non posso consigliarvi questo sito, come dicevo all’inizio, a causa della scarsa qualità dei prodotti. Fatemi sapere se voi magari avete preso qualcosa e vi siete trovate bene...

Questa settimana vorrei presentarvi una categoria di applicazioni che a me è molto utile, vale a dire le applicazioni per l’organizzazione!

This week I would like to show you a category of apps that for me is really useful: apps for organization!

La prima applicazione di cui vorrei parlarvi è GoodTask (4,49€).

The first app that I want to show you is GoodTask (4,49€).

Si tratta di un’applicazione universale (per iPhone, iPod touch, iPad) per gestire i propri promemoria e le liste di cose da fare. Si possono creare diverse liste caratterizzate da un colore diverso per ogni lista e all’interno di essere diversi promemoria. Sono condivisibili tramite iCloud (utilissimo) e si possono definire dei dettagli per ogni promemoria (data di scadenza, luogo in cui ci si deve ricordare di fare una determinata cosa, ecc.). Inoltre c’è anche il widget che vi mostra i promemoria per il giorno e quelli senza data di scadenza.

It’s a universal app (for iPhone, iPod touch, iPad) for managing our reminders and our to-do lists. You can create several lists characterized by different colours, and within them you can write several reminders. They’re on iCloud (really useful) and you can define details for each reminder (due date, places in which you want the device to remind you something, ecc.). Further, there’s the widget that shows you the reminders for the day and the ones without any due date.

Un’applicazione molto valida come agenda è iPlan (2,69€).

Anche questa è un’applicazione universale e la versione su iPad è più completa: si vedono anche i titoli degli eventi e non solo il colore anche nella vista mensile senza dover cliccare sul giorno per vedere quali eventi sono programmati. Anche questa usa i calendari di iCloud quindi è davvero comoda. Si possono cambiare i colori dei vari calendari all’interno dell’applicazione e questi cambieranno anche su iCloud (ottimo se volete un colore che per iCloud non è previsto). Io la preferisco all’applicazione per il calendario nativa perché la trovo più completa e intuitiva.

This app is also a universal app and the iPad version is more complete: you can also see the event titles and not only the colour, even in the monthly view, without having to tap on the day to see which are the programmed events. This one also uses iCloud calendars, so it’s really convenient. You can change the calendar colours within the app and these will change also on iCloud (really great if you want a color that in iCloud doesn’t exist). I prefer it to the native app because I find it more intuitive and complete.

Veniamo adesso a due applicazioni di note: una è l’app nativa sulla quale non dico niente perché presumo che la conosciate già (anche se pensate sia inutile provate a usarla e credetemi che la rivaluterete) e l’altra è Awesome Note (3,99€).

Let’s see now two notes apps: the first one is the native app about which I won’t tell anything because I suppose that you already know it (even if you think that it’s useless, try to use it and believe me that you will reconsider it) and the second one is Awesome Note (3,99€).

È un’applicazione favolosa che uso da diverso tempo (forse più di un anno). Anche questa è universale e la potete usare per vari scopi, principalmente scrivere note e tenere traccia dei vostri appuntamenti (ha la sincronizzazione dei calendari e dei promemoria di iCloud). Potete creare varie cartelle per contenere note, promemoria, calendari o tutte queste cose insieme. L’unica pecca è che per le note non c’è la sincronizzazione automatica, quindi se le volete in più dispositivi dovete fare la sincronizzazione manuale una per una...

It’s a wonderful app that I use since longtime (maybe more than a year). This one is also a universal app and you can use it for various purposes, mainly for writing notes and keep track of your events (it has the iCloud calendars and reminders synchronization). You can create several folders to contain notes, reminders, calendars or all these things together. The only defect is that there isn’t the automatic synchronization for the notes, so if you want them in more than one device you have to do the manual synchronization one by one...

Due applicazioni per organizzare il guardaroba sono: Pureple (gratis) e DressUp (gratis).

Two apps to organize you closet are: Pureple (free) and DressUp (free).

 

Non sono molto su queste applicazioni perché non le ho ancora usate. So solo che si possono fotografare i vari vestiti che abbiamo nell’armadio, suddividerli in categorie e creare poi degli outfit. È molto utile per trovare un outfit al volo e non perdere più tempo per pensarci e per non comprare vestiti uguali o comunque molto simili a quelli che già abbiamo.

I don’t know almost anything about these two apps because I haven’t used them yet. I only know that you can take photographs of your clothes, divide them into categories and create some outfits. It’s really useful to find an outfit on the go and don’t spend too much time by thinking about it and to avoid purchasing the same or really similar clothes that you already have.

USB Drive (non trovo il link a iTunes) è un’applicazione per usare l’iPhone o l’iPad come se fosse una chiavetta.

USB Drive (I can’t find the link to iTunes) is an app that allows you to use the iPhone or the iPad as a USB drive.

Una volta collegato il dispositivo al computer andate su iTunes, selezionate il dispositivo, aprite la finestra App e cliccate su USB Drive. A questo punto, in basso, trovate il pulsante “aggiungi” che serve per aggiungere file sul dispositivo e il pulsante “salva in” che si attiva dopo che avete cliccato sul file che volete salvare e serve per salvare detto file contenuto sul dispositivo nel computer.

Once you have connected the device to the PC, you have to go on iTunes, open the device window, then the Apps window and click on USB Drive. At this point, you find the button “add” (in the lower part) that serves to add a file on the device and the button “save in” that becomes active after that you have clicked upon the file that you want to save and it serves to save said file contained on the device on your PC.

Oggi vi voglio mostrarvi due delle mie applicazioni preferite per iOS. Una è un diario e si chiama Day One, mentre l’altra è un’app di raccolta e “organizzazione” delle foto che si chiama Project Life ed è basata sulla tecnica inventata da Becky Higgins, di cui vi lascio il link allo shop.

Today I wanna share with you two of my favourite apps for iOS. The first one is a journal and is called Day One, while the second one is an app to collect and “organize” your photos that is called Project Life and it’s based upon a technique invented by Becky Higgins and I leave you the link to her shop.

Iniziamo con Day One. La potete trovare sull’App Store per 4,99€. È compatibile con iPhone, iPod touch e iPad.

C’è poco da dire su questa applicazione. Come vi dicevo si tratta di un diario in cui potete annotare quello che volete, aggiungendo una foto, la localizzazione e le condizioni meteorologiche della giornata che volete ricordare. Si possono inoltre aggiungere dei tag per trovare più facilmente solo alcuni post all’interno dell’applicazione. Infine, la si può proteggere con una password o il touch ID se il dispositivo è dotato del lettore di impronte digitali.

I don’t have much to say about this app. As I've already told you, it’s a journal in which you can annotate all that you want and you can add a photo, your localization and the weather condition of the day that you want to remember. You can also add a tag to find more easily only some of the posts in the app. Finally, you can protect it with a password or the touch ID, if your device is equipped with it.

Aspettavo questa applicazione davvero da tanto tempo perché amo questo sistema di archiviazione delle foto, ma non avendo molto spazio in casa e molti soldi da spendere per queste cose, non potevo permettermi di portarlo avanti in modo fisico.

I have been waiting for this application for a long time because I love this kind of filing photos, but I don’t have too much room in my house and too much money to spend in these things, so I couldn’t afford to adopt the physical system.

L’applicazione è bellissima e fatta davvero molto bene. Quando la acquistate ci sono già dei kit di card da alternare alle foto preimpostati e si possono comprare nuovi kit per 0,89€ o 1,79€ a seconda del numero di card che contengono. Si tratta di un sistema di scrapbooking molto particolare, quindi preferisco lasciarvi alle foto e al video sul mio canale Youtube in modo che possiate capire meglio come funziona.

This app is very beautiful and well done. When you purchase it you already find some kits of cards to alternate with you photos and you cane purchase new kits for 0,89€ or 1,79€ depending on the number of cards that they contain. It’s a scrapbooking system really particular, so I think it’s better to leave you some photos and a video on my Youtube channel to show you better how it works.

Ciao! Eccoci qua con un altro post sull’organizzazione, in cui vi mostro come ho organizzato la mia scrivania che è la scrivania angolare Borgsjo di Ikea.

Hi! Here I am with another post about organization, in which I show I how I’ve organized my Borgsjo angular desk by Ikea.

Partiamo dalla parte sinistra: come vedete dalla foto ho un calendario mensile che ho stampato dal blog di Pink Frilly (che ringrazio per averlo messo gratuitamente sul suo blog), una dashboard che ho creato io con una busta trasparente, un meraviglioso washi tape che ho già finito :( e dei cuoricini di Maisons du Monde; in basso ci sono la mia agenda, dei raccoglitori e un libro che stava bene con i colori di questa zona! Accanto troviamo il portapenne fatto da me (che vi descriverò meglio dopo), la lampadina a led sempre di Ikea e un portafoto a cuore che mi ha regalato la mia cara amica Alessandra Mondomeraviglia (grazie ancora!).

Let’s begin with the left part: as you can see from the photo, I’ve got a monthly calendar that I’ve printed from the blog Pink Frilly (I would like to thank her for this free calendar), a dashboard that I’ve created with a clear envelope, a wonderful washi tape that I’ve already finished :( and some little heart by Maisons du Monde; in the bottom there is my agenda, some binders and a book that matches the colours that I’ve used in this area! Next to them you can find the pen holder made by me (that I’ll describe in more detail later), the led lamp always by Ikea and a heart-shaped photo holder that my dear friend Alessandra Mondomeraviglia gave to me (thank you again!).

Il portapenne è stato fatto da un regalo di un’altra mia amica (grazie Marty) ed è la Beach House di Ciaté, a cui ho attaccato dietro delle scatole del tè rivestite di carta azzurra.

I’ve made the pen holder with a gift from another friend of mine (thanks Marty) and it’s the Beach House by Ciaté, which I’ve attached some tea boxes to.

Nella parte centrale c’è il mio iMac 22” e altre piccole decorazioni. Il tappetino per il mouse l’ho rivestito sempre con il washi tape!

In the middle, there is my 22” iMac and some other little decorations. I’ve also covered the mouse pad with the same washi tape!

Infine, nella parte destra ci sono dei carinissimi post-it che ho trovato su eBay, ma ho visto che la ragazza che me li ha venduti non ha più niente quindi non vi metto il link, un portapenne di Maisons du Monde con tante penne colorate, i miei buoni propositi per il 2015, una ciotolina con alcune cose utili e un portacandele di Yankee Candle.

Finally, in the right part there are some cute sticky notes that I’ve found on eBay, but I’ve seen that the girl who sold me them doesn’t have anything anymore so I don’t put the link, a pen holder by Maisons du Monde with a lot of coloured pens, my resolutions for 2015, a little bowl with some useful things and a Yankee Candle candle holder.

Lilly Pulitzer Large Agenda (August 2014 - December 2015) [ITA-EN]

Finalmente ho deciso di riniziare a occuparmi del blog…in realtà non so perché ma non trovo mai il tempo di dedicarmi alla scrittura (forse perché ho sempre preferito parlare piuttosto che scrivere)! Comunque adesso sono qua e vorrei inaugurare questo mese dedicato all’organizzazione con questo post in cui vi parlo della mia agenda!

Hi! I’ve finally decided to dedicate some time again to my blog…I never find the time to dedicate to writing (maybe because I’ve always preferred talking than writing)! Anyway, now I’m here to start this month that will be dedicated to the organization with this post about my planner!

Inizio subito presentandovi la mia (amata) agenda: è la Large Agenda (A5) di Lilly Pulitzer nella fantasia Lilly Lovers e la potete trovare qui. Non l’ho presa dal loro sito perché non offrono la spedizione internazionale, quindi ho dovuto prenderla su eBay e credo di aver speso una trentina di euro in tutto…non male!

I begin with the presentation of my (beloved) agenda: it’s Lilly Pulitzer Large Agenda (A5) in Lilly Lovers pattern and you can find it here. I’m from Italy and they don’t offer international shipping, so I had to buy it from eBay and I spent about 30 euros in total…not bad!

Appena apriamo l’agenda troviamo una doppia tasca in cui inserire i fogli volanti (io ci ho messo anche i segnalibri magnetici che ho comprato su Amazon e i page flag che ho trovato su eBay).

As you open the agenda you find a double pouch in which you can put some loose paper (I’ve also put in magnetic bookmarks that I’ve found on Amazon and page flags that I’ve bought on eBay).

Next, a brief presentation about the brand...

A questo punto inizia la parte organizzativa dell’agenda perché troviamo la vista annuale del 2015 e del 2016, seguita da una prima sezione a vista mensile (agosto 2014 - dicembre 2015). Io uso questa prima sezione mensile per l’organizzazione dei video e del blog. In seguito troviamo le date da festeggiare, in cui potete segnare compleanni e altre date che dovete/volete ricordare, le vacanze e l’oroscopo. Prima di iniziare le varie viste mensili e settimanali ci sono ben 14 pagine a righe per le note, che io ho decorato con washi tape e sticker!

At this point, the organizational part begins as we find the annual view for 2015 and 2016, followed by a first section with the monthly view (August 2014 - December 2015). I use this monthly section for organizing videos and blog posts. Next, we find dates to celebrate, in which you can annotate birthdays and dates that you have to/want remember, holidays and horoscope. Before the monthly and weekly views there are 14 ruled pages for notes, that I’ve decorated with washi tape and stickers!

Poi inizia la vera e propria agenda: ogni mese ha il suo tab, una pagina con la vista mensile e tutte le pagine settimanali! Personalmente mi trovo benissimo con questa organizzazione, anche se preferisco dividere la vista giornaliera in due colonne: la sinistra la uso per gli appuntamenti e il lavoro, mentre la parte destra per la lista di cose da fare. Mentre per la vista mensile uso i page flag per appuntamenti e consegne di lavoro, mentre scrivo direttamente nel riquadro del giorno le cose da fare. Vi lascio un esempio creato appositamente per voi.

Then, the actual planner begins: every month has its tab, a page with the monthly view and all weekly pages! I personally go very well with this kind of organization, but I prefer dividing the daily view into two columns: I use the left column with meetings and work, while I use the right one for the to do list. In the monthly view I use page flags for meetings and work assignments, while I write directly in the little square the to do list. I leave you an example that I’ve created just for you.

Per tenere il segno del mese e della settimana in corso uso i segnalibri magnetici che vi ho mostrato anche prima.

To mark the current month and week, I use a magnetic bookmark.

Per dividere la vista settimanale in appuntamenti e cose da fare ho creato delle liste di cuoricini che ho attaccato a metà della vista giornaliera.

To separate the weekly view in appointments and to-do list I’ve created this heart checklists and I’ve sticked them in the centre of the daily view.

Poi, per aggiungere una penna da portare sempre attaccata all’agenda ho acquistato questo pen loop su Amazon.

Then, I’ve purchased this pen loop on Amazon, to have a pen always with the agenda.

That’s all that I wanted you to know about my wonderful planner. I think that this is the perfect planner for my kind of organization. If you need a lot of space every day, maybe this planner isn’t for you.
